Denmark: manufacturing social partners start bargaining to renew the sector’s collective agreement
Wage increase and enhanced training are some of the key themes of the negotiations for the renewal of the manufacturing collective agreement launched on January 7 by Dansk Industri for employers and CO-Industri for unions. The parties aim to reach an agreement by February 7. This renewal for the biggest collective agreement in the country affects 240,000 employees in 6,000 businesses and sets the tone for all other private sector collective agreements negotiated this year.
