After 7 days of negotiations, the German telecommunication group and the trade union of the services sector, Verdi, reached an agreement on a 3 % wage rise. 55 000 employes will benefit from this increase that will take effect next November the 1rst. (Ref. 06575)
The agreement, concluded for a 12 months period (until July 31st 2007), integrates the proposals made by the mediator appointed by both parties. All the workers are granted a forfatary bonus which amounts to 350 euros, except the civil servants still working in the private company who will get a bonus between 635 et 735 euros while apprentices will earn only a 70 euros bonus.
