Nearly a quarter of HR directors (24%) say their organisation’s diversity and inclusion policies are being influenced by social and political trends, including anti-diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the US, according to the second barometer published by training group Cegos. The survey, carried out between March and April 2025 among 430 HR professionals and 5,537 employees across 10 countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America, found that France was less affected (13%) than the Eur
