Frédéric Agenet. EADS wants to be more integrated at European level.  Being more integrated socially doesn’t mean that we want to apply exactly the same policies in all four countries for every matter. It means that, on certain points or themes, which we see as key, we want to have the same policies. And this is both aimed to create a culture, a feeling of belonging to the group, and to avoid social tension in the field. Indeed, because of our integrated functioning, teams from different countries are likely to work together, do the same job, sometimes with different conditions, which can lead to friction.
