An agreement signed on 27 March to manage work over the next two months ‘equitably distributes the burden of significantly reduced work without increasing the burden on people’, underlined the three signatory trade union organisations (Filctem-CGIL , Flaei-Cisl, Uiltec) in a joint statement.
In the spirit of solidarity, the agreement creates a ‘solidarity bank’, essentially to benefit workers who cannot telework (operating staff asked by the company to remain available and who are paid during this period of confinement), and who, according to the agreement, will have to work these non-worked hours after the health crisis.
