On 5 June 2024, Eramet announced the launch of a global social protection plan. These commitments take the form of an agreement signed with the social dialogue forum launched in 2023, the Eramet Global Forum. The mining group (9,000 employees) will offer maternity leave to all its employees worldwide and to those of subsidiaries in which it owns at least 50%.
