Estonia : trade-unions fear a possible attack on their rights
The Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs has prepared the new draft Employees' Representatives Act, justifing the drafting of the new Act citing the need to transpose into Estonian legislation the directive "general framework for informing and consulting employees in the European Community". According to trade-unions the draft law is designed to exclude the participation of trade unions in information and consultation activities. (Réf. 06262)
