Today, December 13, the European Commission released a communication on a quality framework for anticipation of Change and Restructuring (QFR). This is the long-awaited answer to the Parliament’s request with the Cercas report, which called for a legislative initiative on socially responsible restructurings. This document catalogs examples of good practices on anticipation and human capital investment to help businesses adjust and reduce the social impact of restructuring. (Ref. 130800)
