In order to draw an assessment of gender pay inequalities in the EU, Eurofound has combined data from two of the Foundation’s projects : the European Industrial Relations Observatory (EIRO) report Pay Developments 2005 and the fourth European Working Conditions Survey (Dublin Foundation), due to be published in a few weeks.
