In the letter sent to the European Commission on June 14th, ETUC Confederal Secretary Catalene Passchier and Jørgen Rønnest, chairman of BusinessEurope’s Social Affairs Committee, explain their joint interpretation of some provisions of the revised EWC directive, which they present to the Labor Administrations of the Member States working on transposing the text.
