On 19 October the European Commission presented its work program for 2021, including in particular a legislative proposal on platform workers and a strategic framework on health and safety at work.
In her September State of the Union speech, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, indicated her intention to focus on the dual ecological and digital transition (c.f. article No.12125).
