The European managerial organization BusinessEurope presented, on March 15, its answers to European Commission's consultation regarding the green Book on the modernization of Labor Law, in which employers are defending their vision on the evolution of labor law. (Ref. 070247)
The consultation relating to the green book on modernization of Labor Law, launched by the European Commission (see our dispatches n° 06983 and 061175,) is coming to an end on March 31. As part of this, social partners were invited to present their reflections on the way to improve and modernize labor law.
