e of April 23rd, negotiations between the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers on the revision of the working time directive resumed on the basis of a proposition from the European Commission. The gradual removal of the opt-out is removed to the advantage of better supervision of this option. The Parliament accepted to resume talks on this basis: the conciliation might lead to a compromise. (Ref. 090451)
