- Could you give us a definition of social dumping and tell us why you think this notion is more and more topical?
Dominique Campogrande. To this day, we don’t have a widely-agreed definition of social dumping. For me, it is any practice that violates, avoids or deteriorates – more or less deliberately – existing social regulations (national, European or international) in order to gain economic advantages, notably in terms of competitiveness.
