EU: joint declaration of European social partners on the postal sector’s evolution

After the vote of the members of the parliamentary Commission European Parliament Transportation, on June 18, 2007, in favour of the report on the liberalization of European postal markets by 2011, European social partners from the postal sector, who met within the sectorial social dialogue committee, adopted a joint declaration aiming at defending the postal activity's specificities, employment, working conditions as part of the liberalization of the sector wanted by the European commission.
