Yesterday, June 17, the European Commission launched the European Hospitality Skills Passport, designed to encourage recruitment and promote workers’ mobility in the sector.
Born from a joint initiative by labor and employers’ organizations in the hotel industry (HOTREC for employers and EFFAT for unions – see article No. 100451) and financed by the European Commission, this passport allows workers to record all the skills and competences gained during their education, training and practical work experience in an easily accessible format.
