EU: publication of the directive making it easier to post third-country citizens within a group

Published yesterday, May 27, this directive introduces a simpler entry and residence procedure (single residence and work permit) for third-country nationals subject to a transfer within a group of undertakings.  The goal is to allow European businesses to draw from the pool of highly-skilled workers employed inside their group but outside the EU’s borders.
