Vauxhall Motors (subsidiary of General Motors) took, in a few years, several measures in favour of the training of employees working at the Ellesmere Port factory in Great Britain, which employs about 2.200 people. As an extension of these measures, Vauxhall considered establishing a comprehensive staff training programme for its personnel during the 2007-2012 period.
