Strike and social dumping.  Denmark is going to take over the European Commission’s initiatives as regards the reconciliation of the right to strike and economic freedoms (Monti II draft regulations) and as regards the posting of workers, expected for February, which Planet Labor already detailed (see our dispatch No.  120012).  Denmark is precisely one of the countries whose social model, based on conventional regulation, is being shaken by the ECJ’s decrees and by Community posting regulations.
