For the European Commission, the Youth Guarantee, that ensures all young people under 25 get the offer of a job, apprenticeship, traineeship, or continued education within 4 months of them leaving formal education or becoming unemployed, has impacted nine million youths since 2014, and two-thirds of these (70.2%) have received a job offer.
