EU: three directives supervising public procurement and concessions and seasonal work published

On March 28, the “public procurement” legislative package was published.  It contains the three directives on traditional and special (water, energy, transportation and postal services) public markets as well as concession contracts, and gives more weight to social and environmental criteria for awarding the contract.  The same day, the Directive on the entry and residence of third-country seasonal workers was also published.
