UNI Europa, the European trade union federation, commissioned a survey to report on the impact the liberalization of the European postal services has on employment and working conditions.  For UNI Europa, the “changes have been overwhelmingly negative,” as the liberalization has made employment and working conditions more precarious in the sector.
