The German (Green) deputy Elisabeth Schroedter, submitted to the Commission on social Affairs of the European Parliament of last 4 May, its draft report on "the application of directive 96/71/EC on 'workers' posting”. The debates which followed broached the question of the directive’s revision and the creation of a European structure in charge of checking the good application of the directive. (ref. 06451)
