The document was signed, on February 21, by Francisco Martin Monteagudo, FCC HR Manager, and Ambet Yuson, general secretary of the BWI, the international federation of construction, construction material, wood industries and affiliated unions.  The agreement was also signed by the document’s developers, the Spanish trade unions, FECOMA-CCOO (represented by Fernando Serrano) and the MCA-UGT (represented by Teodoro Escoril).
