Finland: bill to guarantee continuity of essential activities during strike action
On 13 March, the Finnish government submitted a bill to parliament aimed at ensuring the continuity of essential activities in the event of a strike. The text imposes a legal obligation on employee representatives to ensure that these are not interrupted in the event of union action and to enter into negotiations with the employer to this effect.
