On 07 November, and in partnership with the Ministry of Gender Equality, HR consulting firm ConvictionsRH unveiled the rankings for female participation on corporate executive bodies from the 120 largest stock market quoted companies. The data, obtained via a questionnaire sent to companies, reveals that the executive committees of these groups comprised on average only 26.71% women in 2021 (compared to 24.52% in 2020), and 27.94% when considering the 100 highest paid executives (26.15% in 2020
