France: Adecco develops ‘peer support’ aimed at disabled staff
Adecco France (4,000 employees) has signed a new agreement with the trade unions – CGT, CFDT, CFE-CGC, FO and UNSA – reaffirming its commitment to the employment of disabled people over the period 2024-2026. Among the new measures introduced is a scheme to combat isolation, based on mutual aid and support between employees who suffer or have suffered from the same illness or disability.
