Adecco France (4,000 employees) has signed a new agreement with the trade unions – CGT, CFDT, CFE-CGC, FO and UNSA – reaffirming its commitment to the employment of disabled people over the period 2024-2026. Among the new measures introduced is a scheme to combat isolation, based on mutual aid and support between employees who suffer or have suffered from the same illness or disability.
Although the company has a long-standing commitment to disability issues, the signing of a first three-year agreement in 2021 has had a “real boosting effect”, admits Sandra Delval, human resources director at Adecco France. “Since the agreement was signed, around one employee a week declares their disability, and a job is redesigned every two days: workstation ergonomics are improved and solutions are offered in terms of transport and flexible working hours.
