The Personal Training Account (Compte Personnel de Formation – CPF). The CPF, which will start working in January 2015, will be open to everyone from the age of 16, employed or looking for a job, until retirement. It will be supplied by 24 hours per year of full-time work up to 120 hours, and then 12 hours up to 150 hours – the limit. The hours may be supplied by employers, employees and the employment agency, or via a company agreement. These hours can be used during an unemployment period
