On 13 June, the management of insurance company Axa France and the representative trade unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC and Unsa) signed a one-year agreement on social dialogue and artificial intelligence. The agreement provides for regular information and consultation with employee representatives for the launch of each AI project.
The agreement, which came into force on 1 July, is part of the ‘Unlock the Future‘ strategic plan, for the period 2024-2026, which aims to “promote growth through innovation by leveraging new technologies”, particularly generative AI. Axa has made a secure version of ChatGPT – Secure GPT – available to its employees and plans to roll out other projects and trials in this area.
