Since November 2024, the French social protection group Apicil (more than 2,600 employees), in partnership with the association PSSM (mental health first aid) France, has been training volunteer employees to detect signs of psychological distress in their colleagues. The aim of creating this network is to enable a "rapid and caring" response in order to reduce the risks associated with stress, burnout and other forms of psychological distress.
