The news. On 6 January 2026, bioMérieux—an in vitro diagnostics specialist employing 4,400 people in France—signed a new four-year agreement “relating to the employment policy for people with disabilities” with the CFDT, CFE-CGC, and CGT trade unions. The company aims to strengthen the policy it has pursued since 2008 to further increase its overall employment rate for workers with disabilities, which stood at 6.63% across all sites at the end of 2014.
