Like Crédit Agricole, Decathlon signed a new disability agreement on 3 December 2025, covering a three-year period from 1 January, and for the first time without requiring formal approval. Financial assistance and workplace adjustments for affected employees will be partially funded by a service agreement signed with AGEFIPH (association for the management of the fund for the professional integration of disabled persons), the dedicated joint body.
