The law on the access of young people to working life, adopted on 13 April, repeals the first job contract (CPE) and extends the government aid to employers who hire a young person with difficulties on the job market, under a permanent employment contract. (Ref. 06375)
On 13 April, three days after the president’s decision to scrap the CPE (see. our article n° 06348 ), the members of Parliament adopted a law “on the access of young people to working life” which repeals the CPE and replaces it by a new device aimed at young people who have trouble finding a job.
