Generali France (9,300 employees) and trade unions have concluded an agreement to promote the employment of disabled workers for the 2026-2028 period. The text emphasises coordination between various stakeholders—HR, managers, and occupational health—to ensure faster support and action, particularly regarding workplace adjustments.
Effective since 1 January 2026, the new three-year disability inclusion agreement was signed on 9 December by Generali France and the CFDT, CFE-CGC, CGT, FO, and UNSA unions. It aims to increase the company’s disabled employment rate, which currently stands at 6.45%, slightly above the 6% statutory mandate.
