France: law for growth and activity permanently adopted

At the labour law level the law relaxes provisions over Sunday and night-time work, it strengthens regulations combatting social dumping related to posted workers, it put a compensation scale in place for unfair lay-offs and organizes some rules over collective redundancies (scope to apply the order of the redundancy criteria and job reclassification), agreements to maintain employment and the obligation to inform employees over disposal of the company.
