The management at French tyre manufacturer Michelin this morning signed a new agreement with the CFDT and Sud unions on the management of jobs and career paths (GEPP) for the period 2024-2026. The CFE-CGC and CGT unions abstained, however. This agreement takes over from the “Simply” simplification and competitiveness plan, announced in 2021, which provided for up to 2,300 job cuts over three years through collective severance agreements, the last stage of which will end in December 2023....
