The Labour Minister announced, on April 28th, which trades' access will be made easier for workers from the new member states. This list, which has been drawn up « in consultation with the social partners» contains 61 trades that are suffering from « tensions » on the recruitment level. (Ref. 06424)
France should let know its proposal to the European Commission before May 1st 2006. After a selection of criteria allowing the identification of the trades suffering from these so-called « tensions » and two consultation sessions with the unions and managment (cf article n°06386) the government has made up its mind.
