The 2025–2029 quality of life and working conditions agreement, signed on 14 October by French energy and nuclear multinational Orano (13,500 employees) and all representative unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CGT and FO), strengthens the group’s commitments to supporting employees facing serious illness. It introduces a set of measures aimed at providing "working conditions compatible with their state of health" and thereby promoting job retention.
