For the fourth year running, mind RH has analysed data from the French Ministry of Labour, which has compiled the data reported by companies. For the fourth time, mind RH has analysed data on the professional equality index that employers in France are required to publish. While the average score continues to improve, some sectors are still lagging behind, such as construction, extractive industries and the information and communication sector. The data indicates that it is in the area of higher pay that companies need to make particular progress, such as women in management roles. The index, which is struggling in its current form to break the glass ceiling for women in professional life, is soon to be reformed.
