France: Randstad group commits to stepping up recruitment of disabled employees
On 14 May, the Randstad France employment and temporary work group (15,000 employees) signed a new three-year agreement with its social partners (CFE-CGC, CFTC and CGT) on the employment of disabled individuals on permanent contracts. This agreement marks a major step up in efforts to promote recruitment and job retention. It also introduces a number of measures to support employees who are helping others.
