Amid the rise of remote work, Paris-based IT innovation and transformation consulting group Talan is to relocate to new offices that are more suited to collaborative work and meeting the group's CSR challenges. Nicolas Recapet, Talan's group director of organisation and human resources, tells Planet Labor about the objectives that led the company to rethink its workspaces and the approach adopted to make it a place that facilitates the daily life of employees and one where they enjoy coming together to work and having moments to socialise.
What prompted the company to relocate to new premises?
Since 2020, we have been experimenting with a new approach to work organisation at Talan, which consists of more remote work and adapts to the constraints and practices of our clients. Our employees may work remotely up to three days a week for deskbound jobs and up to five days a week in the case of consultants when working at a client’s site.
