In the resolution adopted on January 22, after the EWC’s meeting, European representatives:
- Denounce the lack of sufficient time to examine the expertise carried out by Secafi Alfa concerning the consequences on the merger’s economic and financial structure, of Gaz de France’s redemption of shares for €1 billion, since it was only sent to the EWC’s secretary on January 21.
