During the meeting of Gaz de France's EWC on March 11 (see our articles No. 080204 and 080214), the management presented staff representatives its commitments in terms of social guaranties after the merger with Suez. These commitments mostly concern maintaining employment, measures to accompany employees, and preference as regard recruitment within the new group for employees concerned by company transfers.
