Generali: EWC gets social guarantees within the framework of its plan to set up a single entity for managing activities and IT infrastructure services

Within the framework of the decision made by Generali, the Italian insurer, to set up a single entity to manage IT infrastructure services and activities, the EWC has gotten the management not to lay anyone off in relation to this project during the 3 years it will take to implement it.  These commitments are written down in the minutes of the meeting of the WC’s select committee, adopted and countersigned by the representatives of the countries concerned.  Follow-up is also planned via an ad-hoc working group.
