and Deutsche Bahn, Airbus Deutschland is now hit by a spying scandal. The German subsidiary of the European aeronautical consortium Airbus, subsidiary of EADS, recognized, on April 2, 2009, that it compared, in secret and as a prevention measure, the banking details of its 22.000 employees with that of its providers, between 2005 and 2007. The idea of a new law on personal data specific to labor relations is starting to become obvious. (Ref. 090379)
