On Tuesday 2 September, the trade union Verdi and the management of German bank ING-DiBa announced that they have signed an agreement on the details of the individual training budget instituted by the collective agreement “for the future” (Zukunftsvertrag) signed at the end of 2019 and valid for the 4,000 German employees of the German bank. From September 2020 until the end of 2022, staff will receive €500 per year for three years, so they can follow ongoing training modules of their choice.
