On Monday, November 11, Verdi’s Federal Committee on information technologies and data processing accepted the collective agreement negotiated by the company social partners at the end of October 2013. The deal leads to a 2.3 percent wage increase for the German subsidiary’s 20,000 employees and will run for 1 year starting on October 1, 2013. This decision also kicks off the company agreement on health negotiated on July 24, 2013. It is the first agreement of this kind signed at IBM Deutschland. (Ref. 130706)
