At a time where the British automobile industry in booming, mainly supported by international investments, the government and the manufacturers have announced they will spend 30 million Pounds on increasing and improving the skills of their employees. For many years now, the industry has feared a shortage of skilled labour.
‘Boost skills across the sector, inspire the next generation of vehicle makers and create new routes into automotive careers’, these are the three aims set by the government and the automobile industry.
