Great Britain: debate on the extension of the right to employment flexibility

Until now reserved for parents of children under six years old, the right to ask for the flexibility of their job was extended on April 6 to employees who are responsible for dependent person. Whereas claims are already being heard to ask for an even broader extension of this right, and even to generalize it to all employees, the Chamber of Commerce published a study according to which British companies already provide much flexibility.
