On 05 October, during the Conservative Party's Autumn Conference, PM Liz Truss confirmed her firm intention to get free as quickly as possible from European regulations that have been carried over since the UK left the EU (Brexit 31/01/2020). To this end, the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill 2022-23 was tabled in Parliament in late September. According to observers, the adoption of this bill could very quickly change the game for employers.
